Shredders

Ideal for cars, bales, mixed scrap, white goods and more, the Lindemann ZZ Shredder comes in various sizes to meet your throughput requirements.

Includes many distinct advantages from the competition including:

• VFD (variable frequency drive): Drive consists of a robust and high-quality medium-voltage squirrel-cage motor (6 or 6.6 kV) fed by a medium-voltage VFD. Energy-efficient system with lower electrical energy losses (energy wasted as heat in conventional drive systems).

• High pressure water injection system: Reduces fire & explosion risk by injecting water into the shredding chamber.

Balers

The Lindemann EtaPress triple-compaction balers set new standards in terms of operating safety, flexibility, and operating costs. With bale sizes ranging from 250mm x 250mm up to 600mm x 600mm, throughput can be as high as 59 tonnes per hour.

Scrap Shears

Three-dimensional compression with an integrated feeding hopper, the Lindemann EtaCut II has an output of up to 98 tonnes per hour. Unrivalled as a heavy scrap shear, all wear-intensive areas are fitted with bolted wear plates that can be changed out quickly and easily.

N-Series

At a more affordable level, the N-Series shears and balers provide a more cost-effective option for those looking to process difficult materials. The NIS (Incline Shear) has over 1500 tonnes of shearing force, and has a hydraulically adjustable retention flap that controls the cutting length of the material.
